I love this school life and I am enjoying the atmosphere. 上中学对我来说是一个挑战，一开始，我很害怕面对陌生人，变得孤独是我要面对的第一节课。之后我很快就结识了新朋友，我的同桌是一个很好的人，她帮助我认识很多同学，很快我就成为这个大集体的一员。新环境让我认识更多的朋友，我们有着相同的兴趣。下课后，我们做小组作业，讨论问题并找到解决方案。我获得很多知识也拓宽了视野。我热爱校园生活，我享受着这样的氛围。 6.保持健康 It is necessary to keep abalanced diet if you wantto keep healthy.You'dbetter eat enoughvegatables which containrich vitamin, proper meatis needed,too. Avoid friedor toasted food.It isimportant to do regularexercises, such asrunning or playingbadminton. Keeping highmood is good formentally health. Weshould renew our spiritsand release our stress,so that we can have agood attitude towardslife. To enjoy ourbeautiful life, we mustbe bound to keep healthy. 如果想保持健康，均衡的饮食很重要。你最好吃足够的蔬菜，因为它包含丰富的维生素。适量的肉类也是需要的。避免油炸和烤制食品。有规律地做一些运动也很重要，比如说跑步或者打打羽毛球。保持好的情绪对心理健康很重要。我们应该有新的思想，而且要释放压力，这样我们才能对生活有一个好的态度。为了享受美好生活，我们必须保持健康。 7.我的书桌 Since kindergarten, my father has prepared a desk for me. It's ginger. But when I get to primary school, I have more and more knowledge to learn. Gradually, my desk can't put any more learning supplies on it. My grandfather has changed a big desk for me. At the beginning, I like it very much. But I forget the good habits I have developed gradually. When I go home, no matter the table or the small one Dinner table, as long as I don't put anything in it, has become the place where I do my homework. My mother criticized me many times. Sometimes I think why I'm lazy now. I think I'm too relaxed. Later, I'll pick up my good habits gradually. I'll try my best.... 上幼儿园起爸爸就给我准备了书桌，是个姜黄色的 ，可是到了小学后 ，要学的知识也越来越多，渐渐地书桌上再也摆不下我的学习用品，爷爷又给我换了一个大的书桌，刚开始我还挺喜欢的，可是渐渐的之前养成的好习惯都被我忘记的，回到家，不管餐桌还是小饭桌，只要没有放东西，都成了我写作业的地方，妈妈批评了我很多次，有时候我自己也在想为什么我现在变得懒了，我想是我自己太松懈了，以后，我要把好习惯渐渐拾起来，我要努力。。。 8.春节：Spring Festival Spring Festival is an important festival in China.In the festival,all family members go together and have a big dinner together.We have chicken,duck,fish,pork and such as. Dumplings are the most traditional food .Children like the festival very much ,because they can have delicious food and wear new clothes .They can also get some money from their parents.After the dinner, we watch the Spring Festival party on television.We have chatting each other.People visit relatives and friends with the words “Have all your wishes ”. 春节在中国是个重要的节日。在节日里,所有的家庭成员相聚一团,并一起享用晚餐。我们吃鸡鸭鱼肉和类似的食物.饺子是最传统的食物。孩子们非常喜欢这个节日,因为他们可以享用美味,穿新衣.他们可以从父母那儿拿到压岁钱。晚饭后,我们在电视上看春节联欢晚会。我们互相畅谈，人们访问亲朋好友并互相祝福好运。 9.中国的教育：Chinese Education Different countries have different teaching aims and teaching ways. It s well-known that Chinese education is exam-oriented education in the past. Obviously, exam-oriented education has some disadvantages, like the disconnection between theory and practice that renders students with high scores have low abilities. So, our country decide to change exam-oriented education to quality education. Quality education is focus on the development in an all-around way. Under this kind of education system, students will study easier and get improvement for all sides. 不同的国家有不同的教学目标和教学方法。众所周知，过去中国的教育是应试教育。显然，应试教育存在一些弊端，如理论和实际脱节，使学生高分低能。因此，我国决定把应试教育转向素质教育。素质教育是以全面发展为重点。在这样的教育体制下，学生学习将会更轻松，方方面面都会得到提高。 10.快餐：fast food People all over the world like to eat in fast food restaurants. The food there is delicious and it comes very quickly. Also it is not too expensive and the restaurants are always clean and bright. People can eat in or take their food away. Chinese families love to eat in fast food restaurants too. There are two kinds of fast food restaurants in China. There are Western fast food restaurants and there are Chinese ones. Western fast food restaurants sell hamburgers fresh fries fried chicken legs chicken nuggets drinks and so on. The Chinese fast food restaurants sell dumplings noodles spring rolls and other Chinese snacks. My family likes fast food but we don’t eat at Western fast food restaurants very often. My mum says some fast food is bad for us. It is usually high in fat so it is not good for our health. 全世界的人都喜欢在快餐店吃。那里的食物是美味的很快。同时不要太贵餐厅总是干净明亮。人们可以吃或带走他们的食物。 中国家庭喜欢在快餐店吃。有两种类型的快餐店在中国。有西方快餐店还有中国的。西方快餐店卖汉堡包、新鲜薯条、炸鸡腿、鸡块、饮料等等。中国快餐店卖饺子、面条、春卷、中国其他零食。 我家喜欢快餐但我们并不经常在西方快餐店吃饭。我妈妈说一些快餐对我们是不好的。通常是高脂肪所以它对我们的健康是不好的。
